Choose the correct answer

Which of the following markers might be positive in a carcinoma if epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) has occurred?

”Explanation”

RC 10th Ed. p307 Vimentin is an intermediate fillament of mesenchymal cells. Epithelial cells would lose E-cadherin (ie it would be negative) if EMT has occurred.
